What I collect

The intake form asks for your name, email, phone number, age, what you'd like help with, and who referred you, if anyone. The workshop form asks for your name, email, school or organization, role, and details about the session you have in mind. Like most websites, this site's host also keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times.

How I use it

I use what you send to get back to you and to talk about whether coaching or a workshop is a good fit. I don't sell it, and I don't add you to any mailing list.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored privately. Each one is also kept in a backup database, so nothing is lost if the main storage is briefly unavailable. The backup copy is deleted automatically 30 days after the submission is saved.

Ads and cookies

I advertise with Google Ads, and this site uses Google's ad tag to see which ads bring people here and lead to inquiries. Google may set cookies in your browser to do this. The tag is set up not to use your visit for personalized ads or retargeting. When you submit a form, the site tells Google Ads that an inquiry came in. It doesn't send Google anything you wrote in the form.

After you submit the intake form, the site also shows a booking calendar from Google, which may set its own cookies. You don't have to use it. If you skip it, I'll follow up by email.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and manage how Google personalizes ads at adssettings.google.com.

Services this site uses

The site is hosted by Vercel. Form submissions are stored with Google and backed up with Upstash, consultations are booked through Google Calendar, and ads are measured with Google Ads. Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy. No other outside services receive your information through this site.

Your choices

You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Deleting it means removing your entry from my records, the backup, and our related emails.
