A teacher's systems. A counselor's approach.
In four years of teaching, I learned how to build interactive lesson plans, manage classroom routines, and design systems that worked for 36 kids at once. In counseling, I learned how to listen deeply to what someone needs so I can meet them where they are. Both fields taught me the same thing: I love working with people, students and the families around them, to solve real problems.
My coaching practice is grounded in both of those fields. I value client feedback, and the systems I help build stay practical and evolve when families, therapists, or other stakeholders share input, so clients don't just reach today's goal, they build the skills to take on every goal that comes after it on their own.
Why “In Transit”?
Because my clients come to me in the middle of a transition: starting high school, leaving for college, moving into a first apartment, or beginning a career. Coaching meets you between stations and helps you build what you need to get where you're going.
