A teacher's systems. A counselor's approach.
Teaching taught Josh how to build lesson plans, manage time, and read behavior. But working closely with kids and families showed him something more: real systems have to listen to what a student actually needs, not just look good on paper, but genuinely make life simpler for them.
Counseling taught him a similar lesson from the other side, not just how to listen, but how to get someone to actually open up. Both come down to the same foundation: rapport, trust, and care for the person first.
That's what Josh brings to coaching: helping each client build a system of their own, one that lets them become their biggest advocate, grounded in general education and psychology principles but applied specifically to each individual.
