Executive function is the set of skills behind getting things done: planning, starting tasks, managing time, staying organized, and following through. If procrastination, lost assignments, or overwhelming projects sound familiar, that's usually an executive function skill gap, and coaching can help with it directly.
Executive function coaching helps you get better at everyday things like planning, staying organized, managing your time, starting tasks without the last-minute scramble, and handling your emotions along the way.
Common signs: chronic procrastination, trouble estimating how long things take, forgetting assignments or commitments, or feeling stuck at the start of a big project. You don't need an ADHD diagnosis to benefit. A free 15-minute consultation is a low-pressure way to find out if it's a good fit.
No. Coaching focuses on building practical, everyday skills. For example, we might work on a system to help you stay on top of deadlines, or a morning routine that holds up. Many people benefit from both coaching and therapy.
Clients from 8 to 60+, though the core focus is high school students beginning the college process through young professionals starting their careers and their families.
No, coaching is private pay only. Sliding scale pricing is available on request if cost is a concern.
Yes, all sessions are held over Zoom. I'm based in NYC for corporate and school workshops.
Most clients start with a free 15-minute consultation, then move into regular weekly or biweekly sessions over Zoom. Coaching typically lasts several months, though the exact duration depends on your goals and progress.
I take your privacy seriously. Information submitted through the intake form is stored securely in a private Google Sheet accessible only to me. It's never shared with third parties. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
If you're looking for insurance-reimbursed services or need crisis-level mental health support, coaching isn't the right fit, and I'm glad to help point you toward the right kind of provider. My approach is informed by a background in school counseling, though I'm not a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC).

Not sure if coaching is right for you?

That's what the free 15-minute consultation is for! I'll ask you a few questions about yourself or your child.
